HR Leader
The Role

This is a well balanced role with a wide impact on our young and growing corporate culture. You will report to and very closely cooperate with People Ops Director.

As HR Leader you will oversee all aspects of human resources and processes across the company while also being super hands-on in everyday tasks. All in all you will be deeply engaged in activities such as employee relations, onboarding and employee adaptation, contracts, employer branding, job design, supporting recruitment activities, team buildings, training and development, benefits, attendance, payroll inputs and more.

Ultimately you goal is to build a happy culture while supporting SuperScale’s growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Leading a small HR team (HR Generalist & TA)
  • Overseeing/creating/improving HR processes and guidelines
  • Overseeing/managing proper attendance tracking and collection of monthly payroll inputs across SuperScale Group (coop with external payroll agencies)
  • Administering HR Information System, ATS, careers web
  • Supporting employer branding and managing partnerships with student organizations/gaming associations/universities
  • Overseeing recruitment practices/processes, substituting Talent Acquisition Specialist on interviews when needed and supporting People Ops Director in hiring of C-level/international roles
  • Driving the onboarding, adaptation and offboarding processes
  • Overseeing the organization of company team-buildings
  • Keeping contract templates in check, reviewing new contracts, close cooperation with legal
  • Keeping health and safety practices in order
  • Complex reporting on a regular and irregular basis
  • Requirements

  • Previous experience on HR Business Partner/HR Lead/HR Manager positions
  • Solid knowledge/best practices across all HR areas a mid sized company might need
  • Prior experience working in dynamic, growing and international environment
  • Experience with leading/mentoring of a small team
  • Ability to research, create and implement what is needed
  • Good technical skills in order to manage HR IS and ATS
  • Attention to detail while also seeing the bigger picture are key
  • Hands on and a ‘doer’ attitude is a must on this role
  • Friendly, energetic and engaging personality
  • Active professional English (C1)
